1. Terms

1.2. Buyer – an individual or legal entity who purchases goods in the online store www.avantihome.lv.
1.3. Conditions for the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Conditions), which regulate the principles of collection, processing and protection and which the Data Manager follows when processing the Buyer’s personal data.
2. General provisions
2.1. The collection, processing and storage of the Buyer’s personal data is determined by this privacy policy, the Personal Data Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia and other regulations.
2.2. Buyer data is collected for clear and lawful purposes, processed and stored fairly and accurately.
3. Processing of Buyer’s personal data
3.1. The buyer agrees that his personal data, which he voluntarily provided at the time of order, will be processed in accordance with these conditions.
3.2. The Buyer has the right to familiarize himself with his personal data and ask to correct incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate personal data by writing to [email protected] or calling +371 29 720 757. In this case, the Seller must immediately comply with the request Buyer (in 3–4 days).
3.3. The Data Manager honors and respects the right to privacy of every Buyer who makes a purchase in the online store www.avantihome.lv. The Data Manager collects and uses the Buyer’s personal data (name, first and last name, address, telephone number, email address and other information provided during the purchase process in the online store) in order to prepare an order for a product or service, or to complete other specified conditions. When placing an order, the client can indicate his consent/disagreement with the use of his personal data for the purposes of direct trading activities. He does this by making a mark (I agree that personal data will be used for the purposes of direct trading activities) or by not making a mark in the required field (I do not agree). We send letters with updates and news to the email specified by the Client and provide the opportunity to unsubscribe from the mailing list (at the end of the mailing letter there is an opportunity to select “unsubscribe” – by clicking this button, the client will no longer receive the newsletter).
3.4. The Data Controller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer’s personal data to a third party, excluding the Data Controller’s partners who deliver goods or provide other services related to the execution of the Buyer’s order. In other cases, the Buyer’s personal data may be transferred to third parties only in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Latvia.
3.5. Personal data is processed using secure means that protect this data from unlawful destruction, disclosure or other illegal actions.
4. Changes in the Regulation
4.1. The data controller has the right to partially or completely change the Regulations by notifying about this on the website www.avantihome.lv .
4.2. Changes or additions to the Regulations come into force from the moment of their publication, i.e. from the day they can be found in the online store www.avantihome.lv.
4.3. If the Buyer does not agree with the new version of the Regulations, he may refuse it in writing.
4.4. If, after changes and additions to the Regulations, the Buyer continues to use the services of the online store, this means that the Buyer agrees with the new changes to the Regulations.
5. Providing and transmitting information
5.1. All applications related to the processing of personal data must be sent to the Data Manager by e-mail [email protected] or by mail.
5.2. The data controller provides a response in the same form in which the application or complaint was received.
